In Iași, a significant pilgrimage to Saint Parascheva attracted 22,000 people, with wait times exceeding 14 hours. Many arrived the previous day, enduring cold temperatures to pray at the saint's relics. The event saw a record of 32,000 pilgrims at one point, with a queue stretching over 6 kilometers. A liturgy was officiated by 28 bishops from various countries, marking the feast day of Saint Parascheva, a time when believers feel their prayers are more likely to be answered. Additionally, relics of Saint Paisie were brought from a monastery in Neamț for the occasion.
