These barriers, designed for temporary security perimeters, can be installed quickly on various surfaces. They are capable of stopping vehicles weighing up to 7.2 tons and can immobilize them after impact. The winning company, Transcarpat Sportours International SRL, has a history of successful contracts through the SEAP system, with significant revenues reported. The barriers will be used in urban centers and pedestrian areas, and may also serve for vehicle access control and infrastructure protection.
