Patru puncte de trecere de la graniţa Ucrainei cu Republica Moldova și unul cu România, atacate constant de Rusia

Andri Demcenko, spokesperson for Ukraine's Border Guard Service, reported a recent Russian drone attack on the "Starokozace" crossing point, marking the fifth such incident targeting border facilities. Four of these attacks occurred at the Moldova-Ukraine border, with one at the Romania-Ukraine border. Demcenko condemned the attacks as acts of terrorism, emphasizing the danger posed to civilians. He noted efforts to restore operations at the crossing, which is vital for thousands of daily crossings. However, he could not provide a timeline for its reopening. Currently, the nearest operational crossing is Palanca, and citizens are advised to use alternative routes. The attack resulted in two fatalities and several injuries, with 16 individuals evacuated to safety.
