Patru medalii pentru România la Olimpiada Balcanică de Informatică 2026

Romania's delegation achieved four medals at the 33rd Balkan Olympiad in Informatics held in Albania, including one gold, two silver, and one bronze. Stefan-Catalin Savu won the gold medal, while silver medals were awarded to Matei Neacsu and Cezar Luca Mironov. The bronze medal went to Luca-Valentin Muresan. The Romanian team was led by professors Szabo Zoltan and Bogdan Ioan Popa. The event took place in Tirana from September 14 to 20, with over 75 participants from 18 countries.
