Patru firme din Ilfov vindeau în supermarketuri ardei din import pe post de ardei românești

Following inspections by ANSVSA, four companies in Ilfov were found selling imported Kapia peppers as Romanian. Over 15 tons of vegetables were withdrawn, and fines totaling 24,000 lei were imposed. The inspections revealed serious violations, leading to the prohibition of one company's activities and the collection of samples for pesticide residue testing. The withdrawn products included various vegetables falsely labeled as Romanian, highlighting issues with product origin and hygiene standards. ANSVSA emphasizes zero tolerance for food fraud and prioritizes food safety and traceability.
