Patru bărbaţi reţinuţi în dosarul de purtare abuzivă de la Penitenciarul Giurgiu

Four men aged between 27 and 42 were detained following 11 home searches in Giurgiu related to an abuse case at Giurgiu Penitentiary, where an inmate required intensive care. The searches revealed evidence linked to the case, leading to the arrests. The incident involved the alleged excessive use of force by staff against a prisoner, resulting in the inmate's cardiac arrest and hospitalization.
