Patrick André de Hillerin was laid to rest on Thursday at Bellu Catolic Cemetery in Bucharest, attended by family, friends, and colleagues. The journalist, who passed away at 52, was remembered for his impactful voice and contributions to journalism. He began his career at 15 and was a founding member of Academia Cațavencu. Over the years, he worked in various media outlets, including Obiectiv de Tulcea and Libertatea, and published a book in 2015. His unexpected death on September 28 in Jurilovca left a significant void in the press community.
