Agachi highlighted concerns over allowing non-clerics to perform blessings of the flag, arguing it undermines the role of clergy. He called for future legislative projects involving religious acts to involve the Patriarchy to ensure they align with liturgical practices. The Patriarchy plans to propose amendments to the bill, particularly regarding the prayer text and the role of laity in blessings.
