Pașinian: Rusia nu mai este partener strategic al Armeniei

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced that Armenia no longer views Russia as a strategic partner, citing recent changes in their relationship. He questioned the validity of a strategic partnership after Russia's failure to fulfill security obligations during the 2022 conflict with Azerbaijan. The new Armenian government program omits the term 'strategic partnership' with Russia, focusing instead on dialogue and mutually beneficial cooperation. Pashinyan emphasized the need to adapt relations with Moscow to the new peace conditions in the region, while Armenia shifts its foreign policy towards the European Union and Western nations.
