The project involves collaboration between Sector 6 and the Municipality of Bucharest to develop a Zonal Urban Plan. Currently, the focus is on preparing necessary documentation, not on starting construction. The project is part of broader efforts to improve traffic flow in the western part of the city, with the Ciurel Passage extension being one of two proposed solutions.
