Pasagerii trenurilor internaționale care au mai mult de o oră întârziere pot cere despăgubiri. Ce spune ministrul Transporturilor

International train passengers in Romania can now request compensation for delays over one hour through an online form. This initiative, announced by Transport Minister Radu Miruță, aims to simplify the compensation process, which previously required physical submissions at the train station. The new digital form is available on the CFR Călători website, allowing passengers to claim compensation within three months of their journey. European regulations mandate compensation for delays, with specific percentages based on the duration of the delay. However, Romania has exemptions for domestic train services until 2029, while international services remain subject to these rules.
