The airport currently lacks a functional ambulift for passengers with reduced mobility, although management claims one has been purchased and is undergoing certification. The video shows three employees lifting a man in a wheelchair while a fourth carries his luggage. Critics highlight the dangers of this method and question the airport's facilities for disabled individuals. While some users deemed the situation unacceptable for a modern airport, others noted similar practices occur abroad when ambulifts are unavailable. The airport director stated that the newly acquired ambulift will be operational soon, having been purchased second-hand from Salzburg for around 50,000 euros, designed to safely assist passengers without carrying them up the stairs.
