Rezolv Energy, through West Power Investments, secured up to €561 million for the Dama Solar project in Arad, which will be the largest onshore renewable energy project in the EU. The financing involves a consortium of 14 creditors, including major banks and development institutions, supported by the European Investment Bank. Dama Solar will cover over 1,000 hectares and generate approximately 1,800 GWh annually, contributing significantly to Romania's energy transition. The project is set to enter construction soon, with a peak workforce of around 1,500 expected. It is structured as a green loan, receiving the highest sustainability rating from Moody's.
