Cordia România has selected Concelex as the general contractor for the Centropolitan residential project in central Bucharest, near Bucharest Mall and Alba Iulia Square. Construction began in early 2026, with official marking in June. The project aims to develop 274 premium apartments and commercial spaces, with an investment of 65 million euros. Approximately 20% of the units have been sold or reserved, primarily to end-users. The project will feature various amenities, including coworking spaces, fitness facilities, and community areas, and is expected to be completed by late 2028.
