In August 2026, Romanian political parties received a total of 15,470,004 lei in state subsidies, with PSD receiving nearly double the amount of PNL. AUR ranked second in funding. The Permanent Electoral Authority disclosed the subsidy allocations for each party. PSD received 5,132,818 lei, followed by AUR with 3,035,116 lei and PNL with 2,794,483 lei. Other parties like USR, SOS Romania, and POT also received significant amounts, while PMP and Forța Dreptei received the least.
