Parlamentul Turciei a aprobat un proiect de lege care ar introduce grațierea condiționată pentru mii de militanți kurzi

Turkey's parliament has approved a conditional amnesty law for Kurdish militants to support peace initiatives, contingent on the PKK's disarmament. The law aims to end a long-standing conflict and may strengthen ties with Iraq and support Syrian government efforts. It includes provisions for the rehabilitation of PKK members and suspends prison sentences for certain offenses, while excluding those convicted of serious crimes. The legislation will only take effect after verification of disarmament by Turkish authorities.
