Parlamentul mărește la 200 de litri producția de țuică din gospodării scutită de accize, în ciuda opoziției lui Nicușor Dan • Știri Brașov Biz Brasov
The Romanian Parliament has approved a law allowing households to produce up to 200 liters of traditional alcoholic beverages annually without paying excise taxes, despite opposition from Nicușor Dan. The law was passed by the Chamber of Deputies, which rejected the President's request for reconsideration, citing concerns over bicameralism and unrelated amendments. Currently, the law permits 50 liters of fruit alcohol production without excise taxes, provided it is not sold. Nicușor Dan argued that the changes made by the Deputies were outside the original scope of the legislation, which focused on VAT regulations due to EU obligations.
