Parlamentul European: munca trebuie să fie mai puțină și stresul la locul de muncă trebuie să fie mai mic

The European Parliament emphasizes the need for reduced workload and lower stress at work, urging measures to prevent risks leading to burnout and health issues. A report was adopted with significant support, aiming for future legislative proposals. Employers are encouraged to regularly assess factors affecting employee health and implement concrete action plans. Clear policies against violence and harassment are also recommended, along with ensuring that task-monitoring technologies do not lead to excessive surveillance. Plans for employees returning from health issues are proposed, including workload adjustments. The European Commission has three months to respond to these requests.
