Parlamentul a votat plata datoriei către Pfizer. Acuze între aleși în scandalul vaccinurilor

The Romanian Parliament approved a law allowing the state to pay over 600 million euros owed to Pfizer for canceled COVID-19 vaccine contracts. The vote, which passed with 198 in favor and 75 against, followed a political confrontation among parties regarding responsibility for the debt. AUR criticized the previous coalition for the vaccine purchases, while PSD, PNL, and USR shifted blame back, arguing AUR contributed to vaccine hesitancy. The law's approval comes after Pfizer blocked ROMATSA's accounts to recover owed funds, and AUR plans to challenge the law in the Constitutional Court.
