The company is looking for sites for another hotel in northern Bucharest and a retail park. Their current hotel project, featuring 276 rooms, is on schedule for completion in 2027 and 2028. D Group is also exploring opportunities for residential projects under international brands and existing retail properties. The investment model allows buyers to purchase individual hotel rooms with a promised return of up to 15% annually, along with free stays for owners.
