The Iași City Hall plans to modernize the National Theater Park with two submitted bids for construction works funded by European funds. The project includes creating a modern urban park, expanding pedestrian areas, and relocating temporary structures. Major road and pedestrian modifications will enhance the area, including the transformation of streets into pedestrian-only zones and the improvement of historical monuments. This initiative is part of a larger investment project totaling nearly 145 million lei, aimed at making the city center more attractive while preserving its history.
