Parcul eolian Urleasca din Brăila, finanțat cu 132 milioane de euro de BCR și Erste

Banca Comercială Română and Erste Group are financing the construction of the Urleasca onshore wind farm with 132 million euros, developed by Scatec ASA. BCR's contribution is 76 million euros. The project, which has a capacity of 77 MW, will enter construction phase and is supported by a contract for difference covering 57% of estimated production. Urleasca diversifies Scatec's renewable energy portfolio in Romania, complementing its solar projects. The wind farm will feature 11 Nordex turbines and is expected to start commercial operations in late 2028.
