Parcul eolian Green Breeze din județul Galați a intrat în operare comercială - Economica.net

The Green Breeze wind farm, financed by BCR and Erste Group, has commenced commercial operations, generating renewable energy in Romania. Located in Cuca, Galați, it has a capacity of 99.2 MW and will produce around 312 GWh annually, enough to power nearly 51,000 households and reduce CO₂ emissions by approximately 150,000 tons per year. The project, developed by OX2 and owned by Nala Renewables, will supply energy to Apple through a long-term power purchase agreement. This initiative highlights Romania's growing role in renewable energy investments and its significance in Europe's energy transition.
