The modernization of the Șanțul Cetății park in Oradea is currently 45% complete, with expectations for completion by the end of the year. Fish from the park's lake have been relocated to a new lake in I.C. Brătianu Park. The project, valued at 17.7 million lei, includes various upgrades such as food truck areas, a running track, and children's play spaces. Delays in the project were caused by contestations and scheduling conflicts with local events.
