Parchetul General verifică pretinse fapte de infracțiuni contra umanității, represiune nedreaptă și altele ca urmare a sesizărilor unei asociații depuse după anularea alegerilor din 2024
The Supreme Court's Prosecutor's Office is investigating over 600 complaints related to alleged crimes against humanity and electoral fraud concerning the annulment of the 2024 presidential elections. The complaints were filed by an association, reportedly 'Valul Democrației'. Concurrently, Bogdan Peșchir, accused of corrupting voters during the same elections, faces charges for providing substantial financial incentives to influence voter behavior. His actions included distributing gifts via TikTok and direct monetary transfers to potential voters. The investigation into Peșchir's activities is separate from the complaints filed by the association.
