Parchetul General confirmă că a deschis un dosar penal în legătură cu anularea alegerilor din 2024
The General Prosecutor's Office has opened a criminal case regarding the annulment of the 2024 presidential elections following over 600 complaints. These complaints were filed by the Association for Freedom and Social Equality, alleging serious offenses including organized crime and abuse of power. The case was initiated after the Constitutional Court annulled the elections due to significant irregularities. Additionally, another complaint targets prosecutors and staff for mishandling the initial complaints. President Nicușor Dan has promised a report on the annulment, which has yet to be released, while a previous report on hybrid warfare by Russia against Romania was presented to European leaders.
