Parchetul General a deschis dosar penal in rem după anularea alegerilor din 2024. Au fost depuse peste 600 de plângeri

The General Prosecutor's Office confirmed the opening of a criminal case regarding the annulment of the 2024 presidential elections after receiving over 600 complaints. The complaints were filed by the Association for Freedom and Social Equality (ALES) as part of a civic project aimed at restoring rights. Allegations include organized crime, abuse of office, and electoral rights violations. ALES also filed another complaint against prosecutors and staff for mishandling the initial complaints.
