Bucharest's hypermarket parking lots may be available for night use by local residents for a fee, with discussions underway for a subscription model. The initiative aims to utilize empty parking spaces after store hours, allowing residents to park in areas with limited availability. Currently, no agreements have been finalized with any hypermarkets. Kaufland already offers subscription parking in some neighborhoods, providing 20 spots per location for residents. Prices range from 400 lei for one month to 3,600 lei for a year, with the majority of spaces reserved for shoppers.
