The multi-storey parking facility in Bartolomeu, Brașov, is not yet operational due to cadastral issues and private land complications. Mayor George Scripcaru stated that the municipality is waiting for the cadastral system to be restored to proceed with opening the parking. Additionally, access to the parking needs to be redesigned due to the current intersection layout. The municipality aims to negotiate with the private landowner to resolve the access issue, with expropriation as a last resort. The parking has a capacity of 707 vehicles and is part of a larger project funded by the EU, which has faced delays.
