Parc fotovoltaic de 6 MW cu sistem de stocare de 20 MWh, pus în funcțiune de chinezi la Chirileu

A solar energy project combining solar power generation with battery storage has been completed in Chirileu, Mureș County. The FomCo Solar photovoltaic park, with a capacity of 6 MW, is equipped with a 20 MWh energy storage system from the Chinese company Dunext, aimed at enhancing renewable energy efficiency and operational flexibility. The project features a total inverter power of 5 MW and four Dunext PowerMount storage systems. This integration allows for better utilization of solar energy during high radiation periods, reducing losses and enabling energy delivery during peak demand. The project will be officially presented at the ENERGY STORAGE OPEN DAY event in July 2026, highlighting the importance of energy storage in renewable projects.
