PARAPET și MetaWealth construiesc o baterie de 100 MWh în Neamț

PARAPET and MetaWealth have initiated the construction of a 50 MW battery energy storage system in Dumbrava-Deal, Neamț County, expected to be operational by spring 2027. The project will feature 20 storage units and five energy conversion units, along with a 20/110 kV electrical station. Civil works are underway alongside equipment delivery, with conversion units supplied by Kehua currently in transit. MetaWealth, which entered the energy infrastructure market in 2025, aims to add 200 MWh of storage capacity through its initial projects. Romania currently has a storage capacity of 2.31 GWh, with a target of 10 GWh by 2030. PARAPET has implemented storage systems totaling 514 MWh across three Romanian counties and has installed over 2 GW of renewable energy capacity in 15 European countries.
