Paramount Skydance is considering selling CNN to address antitrust concerns regarding its $110 billion acquisition of Warner Bros Discovery. Legal director Makan Delrahim stated that all options are on the table to overcome regulatory hurdles. California and 11 other states are attempting to block the merger, claiming it would create a media giant that could raise prices and reduce competition. The merger has already received approvals from various jurisdictions, leaving California as the main obstacle. Delrahim also mentioned the possibility of relocating Paramount out of California if necessary.
