He emphasized the need for harmony and peace, urging for leaders ready to serve the common good ahead of upcoming elections. The Pope also offered a golden rose to the statue of the Virgin Mary and led prayers for the sick and suffering. Lourdes, a major Catholic pilgrimage site, is known for miraculous healings, with the Church recognizing 72 cases. This marks the Pope's third personal visit to Lourdes, where he will hold an outdoor mass and meet with victims of sexual violence in the Church.
