Pope Leo XIV attracted around 800,000 people to an outdoor mass in Paris, surpassing initial registrations. The event took place at Place de la Concorde, a site of historical significance. Participants included both Catholics and non-religious individuals, reflecting diverse backgrounds. During his sermon, the Pope encouraged attendees to share their faith as a message to others. His visit coincided with a rise in adult baptisms in France, with 13,000 adults baptized this year compared to 4,300 in 2016.
