Până la 70 de burse FLEX pentru elevii români care vor să studieze un an în SUA. Selecția pentru 2027-2028 începe în noiembrie

The Romanian government has approved up to 70 FLEX scholarships for students wishing to study in the USA for the 2027-2028 school year. The selection process will begin in November 2026, with equal co-funding from both Romania and the USA. Romania will cover costs for up to 35 scholarships for Romanian students and 10 for American students studying in Romania. The program has seen high interest, with over 3,000 applications for just 20 spots in the previous year. FLEX allows selected high school students to spend a year in the USA, living with host families and attending American schools. FLEX Abroad, which started in 2024, enables American students to study in Romania, with 20 scholarships available for the upcoming year.
