Până în 2030, vârsta medie a femeilor va depăși 90 de ani. Țara care a găsit rețeta longevității

Women in South Korea are projected to have a life expectancy of over 90 years by 2030, according to a study published in The Lancet. This research, conducted by Imperial College London in collaboration with the WHO, analyzed 35 industrialized countries using various statistical models. The findings suggest that South Korean women will reach a life expectancy of 90.8 years, with France, Spain, and Japan following closely at around 88 years. Key factors contributing to this longevity include a nearly universal healthcare system, effective blood pressure control, a lower average body mass index, low smoking rates among women, and a healthy diet. In contrast, the United States ranks lower, with American women expected to live 83.3 years and men 79.5 years by 2030.
