In the first half of this year, there were 10 transactions involving agricultural land over 30 hectares, an increase from last year. Approximately 490 hectares were sold for over 18.1 million lei, with average prices significantly lower than in 2022. The average price per hectare dropped to 37,141 lei, down 2.4 times from the previous year. A notable transaction involved a Canadian citizen purchasing 30.2 hectares for 211,470 lei, affecting the average price. Future transactions include a 63.1-hectare deal valued at over 2.3 million lei and a sale of 50 hectares for 1.7 million lei.
