Pâlnie de tornadă, filmată deasupra Ploieștiului. Imagini spectaculoase cu fenomenul meteo

A funnel cloud was spotted over Ploiești, creating a spectacle without touching the ground. Locals captured the event on video, which quickly spread on social media. Meteorologists explain that a funnel cloud is a rotating column of air descending from a storm cloud, typically occurring under unstable atmospheric conditions. If it had reached the ground, it would have been classified as a tornado. Fortunately, this phenomenon did not cause any damage or incidents, as confirmed by authorities. Such funnel clouds are rare but have been observed in Romania during severe storms.
