The decision, made on September 28, 2026, enables the developer to receive both cash and real estate assets, with payments linked to construction progress. While the mechanism allows for the continuation of work on Block 5, it does not guarantee immediate funding or the reopening of the construction site. Buyers may need to sign updated contracts, potentially increasing their costs. The project, which includes seven buildings, has faced financial difficulties, with 501 creditors involved, including 439 buyers who have paid approximately 32 million EUR for units. The approved mechanism aims to ensure that funds from buyers are used solely for project completion, with specific contractual guarantees requested by creditors.
