Păcănelele, interzise în Ploiești după votul unanim al Consiliului Local

The Ploiești Local Council unanimously voted to ban slot machine gaming halls in the city, as announced by Mayor Mihai Polițeanu. This decision aims to eliminate the negative atmosphere associated with such establishments. The project faced previous setbacks but was finally approved after public support and council consensus. Other cities in Romania, including Brăila and Iași, have also implemented similar bans on gambling establishments.
