(P) Acum, Bukovel este și mai aproape!

A new border crossing between Romania and Ukraine, Sighetu Marmației – Bila Tserkva, opened on October 8, enhancing access to the Ukrainian Carpathians and Bukovel resort. This crossing, located near Sighetu Marmației, operates alongside the existing Solotvino crossing and is initially for vehicles up to 3.5 tons. Bukovel attracts around three million visitors annually, offering skiing, family activities, and spa relaxation year-round. The resort features over 68 ski slopes, modern cable cars, and a water park, making it suitable for both winter and summer activities. The new crossing provides an additional route for travelers from Maramureș to Bukovel, facilitating easier access to the resort's diverse offerings.
