OX2 vinde către Scatec proiectul unui parc eolian de 77 MW
Swedish company OX2 has sold the Urleasca wind project to Norwegian group Scatec, marking its third project sale in Romania. The 77 MW wind farm, located in the southeast, will feature 11 state-of-the-art Nordex turbines. OX2 will oversee construction starting in Q3 2026, with operations expected by late 2028. The project has a 15-year Contract for Difference for 43 MW at an average price of €71.3/MWh and will produce around 244 GWh annually, enough to power approximately 71,000 households, reducing CO₂ emissions by about 101,000 tons per year. OX2 has been active in Romania since 2021, with a development portfolio of around 1.5 GW.
