Ovidiu Tișler, numit noul Head of Private Individuals la ING Bank România

Ovidiu Tișler will assume the role of Head of Private Individuals at ING Bank Romania starting November 16, joining the Executive Committee. He brings extensive experience in banking strategy and digital innovation from over a decade of consulting for top financial institutions. Previously, he worked at Roland Berger and McKinsey & Company, where he was Managing Partner in Romania. Roxana Petria has been acting in this role and will transition to Tribe Lead Payments. Additionally, Tuğçe Bora Kiliç has been appointed COO, succeeding Maria Cristina Matei, who has taken on a new role in data and analytics.
