Ovidiu Tișler will join ING Bank Romania as Head of Private Individuals and Executive Committee member starting November 16. He brings extensive experience in banking strategy and digital innovation from over a decade in consulting for top financial institutions. Tișler began his career at Roland Berger and later became Managing Partner at McKinsey & Company, overseeing operations in Romania and leading digital initiatives. Roxana Petria, who temporarily held the role, will transition to Tribe Lead Payments after a successful career at ING.
