The new school year at Liceul Silvic "Dr. N. Rucăreanu" began with the announcement of a new sports hall, funded by a 21.6 million lei investment. The hall will feature modern facilities for various sports, including handball, basketball, and volleyball, along with changing rooms and seating for 186 spectators. Mayor George Scripcaru emphasized the importance of such infrastructure for students and the commitment to further educational investments in Brașov. The project, with a total cost of 21,626,874.50 lei, is set to be completed within 16 months, with construction starting soon after the design phase begins on September 14.
