Ukrainian authorities have mandated the evacuation of families with children from Sloviansk and Kramatorsk due to escalating Russian attacks. These cities are the last major strongholds in Donbas under Ukrainian control. Governor Vadim Filashkin emphasized the deteriorating security situation, stating that remaining there poses an unjustified risk. Previously, evacuations were ordered in various parts of these urban centers, with around 350 children still in the affected areas. Russian forces are advancing closer, with recent attacks resulting in casualties, highlighting the urgent need for evacuation.
