The National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) is auctioning an apartment in Oradea starting at 18,850 lei, half its previous price. The property, evaluated at 37,700 lei, includes a share of land and is VAT exempt. Bidders can offer below the starting price, but not less than 9,425 lei. The auction runs from August 19 to September 18, 2026.
