Oraşul din România unde chiria într-un apartament nou porneşte de la 15 lei. Casele vechi, lovite de cutremure
In Aninoasa, Romania, families affected by earthquakes are set to move into new apartments with low rents starting at 15 lei. After nearly four years of living in difficult conditions in containers, the first three of five new buildings are nearly complete. A total of 100 apartments are being constructed, funded by the Romanian government, to provide social housing for those displaced. While many are eager to relocate, some residents have chosen to remain in their damaged homes despite safety concerns. The investment for the new housing amounts to approximately 9 million euros, with significant costs incurred for utilities during the interim period.
