A 36-year-old man from Oradea, previously convicted for soliciting minors, was arrested for similar offenses involving two boys aged 13 and 14. He allegedly exposed himself to one child and attempted to lure the other into a meeting for sexual purposes. The situation was reported by Alexandru Constandachi, known as Justițiarul de Berceni, who intervened and contacted the police. Lingurar had been sentenced to eight months in prison, suspended for three years, just a month prior to this incident. The case is now under investigation by the Oradea Prosecutor's Office.
