Andrei Mihai Bara, sentenced to 5 years and 6 months for drug trafficking, was extradited from Italy after months of evasion. Initially acquitted, his conviction was overturned on appeal. He was part of a drug network led by Claudiu Uțu Rohozneanu, involved in significant cocaine and ecstasy sales. Following a definitive ruling, he was apprehended and is now serving his sentence in Romania.
